The Anne Arundel County Department of Public Works (DPW) will again showcase the many programs, services, people, projects, and specialized equipment that provide essential and emergency services to County residents during the 63rd annual Anne Arundel County Fair.  DPW employees will interact with fairgoers, provide information, and answer questions about public works services at DPW's exhibit tent.  The DPW exhibit tent will include an up close look at a Bureau of Highways Dump Truck, educational displays, giveaways, and informational materials about the vital role public works plays in our everyday lives.  

DPW employees will also showcase many of the specialized vehicles (list below) used to provide essential and emergency services during the Fair's Touch-a-Truck Children's Day Event on September 18.  Children will have the opportunity to get a first-hand look at these heavy duty vehicles from behind the steering wheel.
